Notre client, une institution solidement implantée dans l'est du Luxembourg, recherche son futur Head of Accounting / Responsable Comptable pour accompagner l'évolution de son département Finance.
Il s'agit d'un projet particulièrement intéressant pour un profil souhaitant avoir un réel impact : vous aurez la possibilité de porter un regard critique sur l'organisation actuelle, d'identifier les axes d'amélioration, de faire évoluer les processus comptables et d'accompagner le changement du département.
Vous prendrez également la responsabilité d'une équipe de 4 personnes, avec l'objectif de la structurer, de développer les compétences de chacun et de créer une organisation toujours plus autonome et performante.
Enfin, cette fonction est destinée à évoluer dans le temps, aussi bien en matière de responsabilités que de rémunération.
