Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for a Chief Product Officer for the gamedev business unit of a global ad-tech group. Founded in 2018, the unit has grown to roughly 35 people across Barcelona, Warsaw and Florida (plus a few remote team members), and benefits from being part of a larger ad-tech company with its own ad network, proprietary data and personalized monetization infrastructure.

The unit builds and scales a portfolio of casual evergreen mobile games – cards, puzzle and word and is systematically expanding into adjacent scalable genres. We're looking for someone to own the product function end-to-end: a hands-on leader who owns both product strategy and development-leadership mandate, and who is accountable for turning hit generation into a repeatable system.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Own the product function end-to-end – from portfolio strategy to day-to-day execution.

• Set, defend and evolve strategy across the in-house portfolio together with the unit's leadership: decide what to double down on, what to sunset, and what to greenlight next

• Manage and hands-on coach product owners (5 direct reports): challenge roadmaps together

• Get personally into the data and the hypotheses – analyze metrics, review and test prototypes yourself, including light vibe-coding of simple tests when useful

• Build a structured hypothesis pipeline with clear prototyping standards, balancing quality and throughput

• Coordinate with adjacent functions – monetization, marketing, data – run as separate departments within the unit

• Take on strategic oversight of the external partner studio as part of full portfolio ownership over time

• Champion practical AI adoption across the team – no-code / vibe-coding tools that let even non-engineers build automations and speed up daily product work

• Hire, develop and retain the product team as it grows

• Report on product status and results to the unit's leadership and, for major investment decisions, to the parent company's board

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Proven track record as Head of Product / CPO / Product Lead in mobile evergreen games.

• Deep understanding of ad-monetization economics: eCPM, ARPU/ARPDAU, retention curves, LTV, mediation/waterfall

• Genuinely hands-on with data – comfortable digging into the numbers yourself

• Experience combining product and development leadership: understands dev processes, release cycles and prototyping well enough to run both without a separate Head of Development

• AI literacy: practical, personal use of AI / no-code / vibe-coding tools to build automations and prototypes

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• An entrepreneurial streak – own-project or founder experience is a plus
