For an international industrial company specializing in automated solutions, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage and develop customer relationships in a technical and international environment.
Your role :
You will be the main point of contact for customers and support their projects from the commercial phase through to implementation.
Tasks
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and prepare appropriate technical and commercial proposals.
- Participate in commercial and technical negotiations.
- Coordinate projects with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor budgets, deadlines, risks, and customer requirements.
- Keep customer and project information up to date in Salesforce.
- Travel internationally on an occasional basis to meet customers.
Requirements
- Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical or industrial environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management in a technical environment
- Good ability to understand technical solutions and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Fluent German and English are required; French is an advantage.
- Good command of Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is an asset.
