Process Engineer Job responsibilities Production process optimization by monitoring and analyzing process data Industrialization of new products Follow-up on manufacturing indicators and closely follow up on all performances Follow-up on waste program, organize and supervise trials to meet the requirements Improvement of machine productivity and crew efficiency Survey and improve the manufacturing cost on a permanent basis Collaborate with other departments, Quality Assurance (QTech), Procurement, Engineering and IT to satisfy customer requirements Maintain and update standard operating procedures and work instructions Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues Education The candidate must be in possession of a master degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering A certain level of experience or technical skills in production processes, quality control, manufacturing cost control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing of goods will be considered as an advantage. Skills & Qualifications Ability to work in a highly diversified industrial work environment Ability to work independently, showing initiative Will to acquire specific technical knowledge Strong communication (oral and written) skills Good interpersonal skills Team player Sense of responsibility and urgency Stress resistance Proficient usage of standard Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,...)
