Your next challenge: The MIS Data Analyst work closely with finance analysts, controllers, and fellow data analysts to support both operational and strategic initiatives. You will: Monitor and follow up on daily and monthly data flow executions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of Finance's golden sources of data used for reporting and analysis. Support Controlling and Financial Analysts in their day-to-day activities by providing reliable data, insights, and analytical support. Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business stakeholders. Design and build data flows, data models, and reporting solutions as part of the continuous improvement and automation of finance processes. Investigate data quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and remediation activities. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions. Contribute to process optimization initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reliability, and automation across the Finance function. Your skills: 3 to 5 years of experience in a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role. Experience working in a Finance, Banking, or Financial Services environment is highly desirable. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory - any other language will be a plus Strong junior candidates with relevant technical and analytical skills will also be considered. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and report design. Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries independently. Solid understanding of database concepts and data structures. Ability to design and troubleshoot data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Experience with other Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlik, Business Objects, Cognos, etc.) is considered an advantage. Good understanding of finance and financial data. Familiarity with management controlling, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or performance management processes is a strong asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Attention to detail and commitment to data quality. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented approach.
