CTG IT Solutions - Office 365 Administrator

We are currently hiring an Office 365 Administrator, to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg. Your taks You handle the administration of systems or applications with local impact You install and configure system components and server software. You monitor servers and integrate them in the local environment You ensure availability and stability of cloud production environments. You are in charge of the incident analysis and resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution: preliminary diagnosis of software and Hardware problems, co-ordination with other IT departments and with 3rd party maintenance contractors You Develop, and design software automation and scripts to orchestrate cloud and Virtualization technologies with defined scope, schedule and expectations with a focus on Operations You provide subject matter expert technical support to customers using Cloud Platform products You handle the maintenance of the server procedures manual and disaster recovery plans related to managed systems and applications You will be in charge of user administration and user right management in a Windows environment You handle backups and restore operations (user and configuration data). You monitor and administrate network resources like shared printers network drives, SharePoint resources etc. Your profile You have at least 7 years of relevant professional experience You hold a Bachelor degree You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge in English or vice versa You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and environments and in scripting languages for cloud infrastructure automation. You have an advanced knowledge in the following fields: Office 365 (Teams, Office online), SharePoint online and on-premises, Implementation and maintenance of solutions based on SharePoint online, security of Office 365 solutions and Active Directory You are able to write technical and user documentation You are experienced with Windows OS, Windows Servers, Linux, Debian, Cent OS, JEE, RDBMS You have a good knowledge of messaging services and platforms.
