Senior Accountant

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and preparing tax and VAT returns. Key Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of clients (SPVs, SOPARFIs, or other entities); - Prepare financial statements in compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS would be a great asset; - Prepare and review tax returns; - Assist in audit processes and liaise with external auditors; - Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and accountants; - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize accounting processes. Profile & Qualifications - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Luxembourg. - Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS and tax regulations. - Experience with accounting software (BOB50, Horus or similar). - Fluency in French and English. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
