As part of its expansion, the firm is currently looking to hire a Banking & Finance lawyer to strengthen its practice and support its ongoing growth.

Your Responsibilities | Attorney – Law – Layer – Banking – Finance – Law firm

You will be advising clients (lenders and borrowers) on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, and syndicated loans.
Drafting , reviewing , and negotiating a wide range of finance documents such as facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor agreements, and legal opinions.
It will be expected to coordinate with foreign counsel, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of complex transactions.
Conduct legal research and provide clear, business-oriented advice on banking regulations, licensing requirements, and financial services legislation.
Supervise junior lawyers, contribute to their development, and actively support knowledge sharing within the team will be part of your role.

You have between 5 and 6 years of experience as a lawyer in banking and finance in Luxembourg , which will allow you to feel comfortable in your new environment.

Being fluent in both French and English is essential to communicate efficiently with your colleagues and third parties.

It is important to demonstrate a certain stability in your career path to align with the company’s long-term culture.

Being organized and proactive is necessary to ensure deadlines are met and to be efficient in the various responsibilities of your position.

On an independent status, you will earn a salary up to 140 000€ gross / year making your daily life comfortable.
