Key responsibilities

Build and maintain robust, secure Microsoft-based infrastructures tailored to client needs

Deliver responsive and effective technical support, ensuring rapid incident resolution

Provide strategic guidance to clients on technology choices aligned with their business goals

Lead infrastructure migration and modernization projects

Maintain clear documentation and ensure all actions are properly tracked

Stay ahead of technological trends and recommend improvements and best practices

Technical expertise required

Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies : Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, SharePoint

Strong background in identity and access management : Entra ID, ADFS, SAML, OAuth

Proven experience with migrations : email systems, Active Directory, file servers, RDS

Virtualization platforms : VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox

Backup solutions : VEEAM

Monitoring tools : Centreon

Networking fundamentals : TCP / IP, DNS, routing, Firewalls

Automation and scripting : PowerShell, technical documentation
