Private Equity Paralegal Associate H/F

The Private Equity Paralegal Associate will act as a legal support for CA Indosuez (Europe) and attached to the local Private Equity Middle Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal/regulatory (AML/KYC) due diligences on Private Market funds.
• Be involved in the subscription process of Private Market funds.
• Review Private Markets funds partnership agreements, PPM's and other investment materials.
• Participate in the negotiation & drafting of investment documents, including subscription documents, side letters and any other legal/regulatory document applicable to the PE funds under management.
• Interact with internal/external legal counsel for alternative investments.
• Liaising with internal Compliance and Fund administration teams.
• Support the Private Equity team in various legal day-to-day matters and group projects.
