In this role, you will participate in the relationship and administrative management of daily operations on contracts for the French market. More specifically, you will :
- Be the privileged point of contact of our partners and clients (such as brokers, asset managers and banks) during the whole life of a contract;
- Handle phone calls related to requests and questions from partners and clients about current operations;
- Build a strong professional relationship with our partners;
- Deal with daily contracts administration from A to Z on any transactions (new business, surrenders, switches,…);
- Work on dedicated and external funds;
- Process complex and non-standard operations;
- Liaise with our internal services, such as AML, KYC Office, Assets Controlling, Wealth planning, Accounting, Sales etc. to ensure the quality and timely delivery of our operations;
- Collect, identify and formalize partners or clients' requests while being proactive and offering solutions;
- Deal with digital processes and help achieving their constant improvement;
- Actively participate in projects in line with our strategy, such as process and quality improvement, database analysis, etc.; Your Team : You work in the LPS department (Assurance en Libre Prestation de Service) who offers International Life Insurance. The Partner & Client Services department takes care of all general customer (private clients and business partners) inquiries and operational activities. What we expect :
- Minimum BAC +3 (economics, management and / or financial orientation or equivalent);
- Experience in a similar position, ideally in the financial or insurance sector is an advantage;
- Deep knowledge of the LPS business is a clear advantage;
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken;
- Very strong customer orientation;
