AP Officer - Your responsibilities :

• Upload and process a high volume of invoices across different platforms while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in coordinating payments, verifying transactions, and handling direct debits to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Maintain organized records by managing both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of invoices and financial documents.
• Review and reconcile invoices, flag discrepancies, and liaise with internal departments or external vendors to resolve any payment issues.
• Support automation initiatives and contribute to improving internal workflows for more efficient invoice processing.
• Provide additional support to the accounts payable team, assisting with ad hoc requests and financial reporting as needed.
