Position Summary :
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) acts as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensures a seamless and efficient service delivery across the firm’s fund management, risk, and regulatory functions. This role combines client relationship management, operational coordination, and project oversight, requiring excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of Luxembourg’s fund regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, understanding their strategic and operational needs.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients, delegates, third-party providers, and internal teams (portfolio management, risk, compliance, legal, operations).
- Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with clients, addressing their queries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular service review meetings or calls with clients and relevant internal departments.
- Participate in client reporting and the preparation of board meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of materials.
- Support business development by identifying cross-selling opportunities and assisting in relationship expansion initiatives.
Operational Coordination & Project Management
Oversee and monitor fund lifecycle events (launches, mergers, liquidations, migrations, share class changes, etc.).Support the preparation, review, and implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.Communicate project updates and operational developments to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and internal teams.Identify and escalate potential operational or compliance risks in collaboration with relevant teams.Profile :
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.4–8 years of relevant experience in a Management Company (ManCo) / AIFM.Strong understanding of Luxembourg fund structures (UCITS and AIFs) and the applicable regulatory framework (AIFMD, UCITS, CSSF Circular 18 / 698).Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.English native speakerProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
