Task Responsibilities :
Assisting in the design and implementation of security solutions and controls to protect the organization's IT systems and data.
Identifying and assessing potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
Monitoring and analyzing security-related data to detect potential security incidents.
Responding to security incidents and taking appropriate action to minimize damage and protect the organization's assets.
Keeping up to date with the latest security technologies and best practices to ensure that the organization's IT systems and data are protected against emerging threats.
Collaborating with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure that security solutions and controls are integrated into the organization's IT systems and processes, including following up on DevSecOps processes.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Assisting in the management and maintenance of security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection / prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
Essential Requirements For The Position :
Technical diploma with focus in IT. A bachelor degree in computer science (or any other relevant field) would be an asset.
At least 3 years of experience in an IT Operations Center with focus on cybersecurity.
Strong skills in IT network technologies, cloud technologies and cybersecurity.
Good knowledge of IT systems and network infrastructure.
Understanding of network architecture and services.
Experience with intrusion detection methodologies for detecting host and / or network-based intrusion incidents.
Experience with log review & live response.
Familiar with application monitoring concepts.
Willing to attend regular trainings and stay up-to-date with new technologies.
Fluent in English (spoken & written); any additional language will be considered a strong asset.
Good problem solving skills, analytical approach and research-oriented.

Comfortable working in a multicultural fast-pacing environment.
Working Conditions :
Permanent, full-time contract based in our HQ in Luxembourg.
Working hours : office hours and on call service during nights (rotation).
Occasional travel may be required.
A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of a positive selection.
