As a Security Monitoring Operator , you will play a key role in safeguarding high-value transports within the AMR / EMEIA / APAC network. Working in a dynamic three-shift system, you will ensure compliance with customer-specific and Kuehne + Nagel security standards, coordinating with carriers, security service providers, and internal teams to maintain the highest level of transport security.

How you create impact

• Monitor and control high-value cargo transports across global networks using GPS tools or direct carrier communication.
• Verify and log routing, parking, and timing information for shipments in transit.
• Act as the single point of contact for unscheduled deviations, initiating escalation processes and coordinating emergency responses.
• Prepare and manage security documentation (Routing Sheets, Parking Database, Think Security Sheets) and ensure proper filing.
• Maintain and update monitoring templates, generate statistics, and manage issue / action logs for carriers and security providers.
• Ensure compliance with GDP / GxP guidelines, customer quality standards, and KN product standards (., KN Pharma Chain, KN Battery Chain).
• Contribute to continuous improvement by addressing potential issues and suggesting enhancements.
