Your Day-to-Day
Maintain corporate records and legal documentation (e.g. shareholder registers, RCS filings) in full compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
Review investment documentation (e.g. term sheets, SPAs, shareholder agreements) to ensure alignment with governance and regulatory requirements.
Act as primary point of contact with external stakeholders such as administrators, auditors, legal counsel, and tax advisors.
Coordinate the investment approval process : prepare investment memos, liaise with operators, and organize Investment Committee meetings.
Collect and validate transaction data required for regulatory filings (Annex IV, RC reports, etc.).
Draft and review regulatory reports and submissions to the CSSF and other authorities.
Support the onboarding of new funds in collaboration with structuring, legal, and tax teams.
Participate actively in internal committees (Risk, Valuation, Investment, etc.).
Your Profile
Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant discipline.
3–5 years of experience in Luxembourg within an AIFM, service provider, or investment firm, ideally with exposure to private equity, venture capital, real estate, or other alternatives.
Strong knowledge of AIFMD, Luxembourg company law, accounting principles, and fund governance frameworks.
Familiar with investment documentation, fund structures, and Luxembourg legal entities (SCS, SCSp, etc.).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Fluent in English; French or another European language is an advantage.
Excellent communication abilities and a structured, proactive approach to work.
