Our Banking Solutions practice provides advisory and delivery services to our Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients worldwide.

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant within our Banking Solutions Practice, you will have the opportunity to participate in the delivery of major transformation programs by our digital banking practice and to get exposure to cutting-edge solutions on the market.

Your next challenge

• Lead and participate in all phases (project management, analysis, design, build, test, deploy,…) of Digital and Core banking implementation projects, both locally and internationally.
• Supporting project and programs managers on a day-to-day basis in implementing agile methodologies, best practices, procedures & standards.
• Monitoring progress of projects and own streams (scope, cost, schedule, resources, issues, risks…)
• Defining and setting up project management processes related to risks, change requests, actions and decisions.
• Ensuring the production of management dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Preparing the status reporting of your stream for senior management audience
• Improve customer experience through a sound digital strategy and implementation by focusing on digital banking transformation
• Collaborate with the Digital team to create innovative client solutions through Service design, UX design, and micro-services architecture. Lead workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and validate developments through testing phases. Bring creativity, technology, and business together to solve existing pain points.
• Conduct feasibility studies and ideation sessions for digitalization and optimization.
• Support innovation and market research to enhance service offerings.
