We are looking for a project manager for a 6 months mission (renewable) for one of its clients based in Luxembourg.

  • Freelance contract or permanent contract via a payrolling company
  • Starting Date : As soon as possible / Before mid of December
  • 1 remote day per week after the onbaording period (one month)
  • Daily rate between 500€ and 600€ (freelance) according to your skills and experience
  • Annual gross salary around 100 000€ (employee) according to your skills and experience

Main missions

  • You receive clear requirements from the Sponsor, allowing you to start each project with confidence and alignment.
  • You are empowered to propose projects for prioritization, giving you a strategic role in shaping the roadmap.
  • You establish your own working team and steering committee, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved from the start.
  • You document all meetings to maintain transparency and ensure consistent follow-up.
  • You plan and organise project milestones in collaboration with Business and Tech, keeping delivery on track.
  • You apply recognised IT standards in project management, ensuring quality and consistency across initiatives.
  • You communicate regularly with management and the Sponsor, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
  • You maintain and develop your technical skills, with support to acquire new ones as needed for your projects.

    • Profile :

  • Several years experience from the financial industry including very good understanding about Investment products / financial instruments
  • Strong knowledge of MiFID
  • Experience from Project management
  • Business minded and self organised
  • Excellent command of English
  • University degree preferably in Economics with focus on accounting and statistics
  • General knowledge of the Windows environment
  • Ability to set priorities, well organized, able to work on different tasks in parallel.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
