About the Role :

Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is looking for a motivated intern Junior IT Analyst to support the IT Regional Manager Africa&Levant.

Main Responsibilities :

Covering this role, you will support in Analysis and Requirements collection activities and assist in the development of enhancement of News Page System and their business adoption.

You will collaborate with the development team to implement new features and functionalities and with the management team to accelerate the adoption into the business processes define tailored training and supporting documentation.

Your activities will include interviews with stakeholders, requirements collection and test support to ensure the systems meets usability and performance standards.

You will work also in the definition and creation of training pills using Easygenerator.

Who we are looking for :

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.

You will bring knowledge from a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related.

You will succeed in this role thanks to your business analysis skills (stakeholder management, quality / time / scope management, change management, project  management etc.) combined with your ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Your participation in any IT relevant product or app development project will be valuable, as will your familiarity with programming and AI languages or with Data Visualization tools.

You will contribute to this role with your excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills and your effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
