The mission

OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate Compliance team.

The open position is primarily focused on Financial Security.

Main objectives of the role

• Conduct daily tasks regarding AML / KYC matters : review of files for acceptance, review of transactions, carry out other AML / CTF controls, review of Unlisted Equities cases etc, both for the main establishment of OneLife in Luxembourg and its branches in France and Belgium
• Draft and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports to the FIU
• Conduct permanent Compliance controls
• Manage and / or participate in specific compliance projects
• Draft and / or review compliance related internal rules documents (policies, procedures, work instructions)
• Contribute to regulatory reports (CAA, ACPR etc)
• Contribute to internal compliance reports when needed
• Contribute to reports for the Group
• Provide and / or analyse various figures and data extracts when needed for the department
• Deal with Internal and / or External Audit recommendations
