Mitsubishi UFJ Investor Services and Banking (Luxembourg) S.A. MIBL provides a wide range of financial services to institutional investors including depositary, custody, fund administration and other banking-related services. MIBL now has an opening for a : Account Opening Clerk Fixed-term contract (18 month) (Ref. : CCIA10 / 2025) Primary tasks and Expected role : Set up of an account with the various MIBL custodians and MIBL internal systems : ➢ Account openings ➢ Account amendments ➢ Account closures Preparation of various account opening related documents; Daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders on account opening related matters; Tax process & set up at the Account Opening stage; Preparation of various Tax related documents; Creation and maintenance of user IDs of our web based custody platform Understanding the day-to-day processing of Custody operations; Ability to analyze and proactively evaluate solutions; Assisting his direct Supervisor on any urgent matter; Escalate any urgent matter to his direct Supervisor. Specific knowledge & skills : Prior experience (between 1 and 3 years) in a similar role; Ability to deal with custodians, customers, and service providers; Good command of spoken and written English; Team player & excellent communication skills; Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure; Good overview and understanding of financial instruments used within the banking / financial sector as well as understanding of related transactions; Good organization skills; Ability to prioritize; Dynamic and results-oriented.
