Our client is a well-established international law firm with a strong presence in Luxembourg and across Europe. The firm advises a diverse clientele, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, family-owned businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. Role Content

Legal advice and strategy : Provide day-to-day and strategic guidance on structuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance for alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers (AIFMs).
Documentation : Draft, review, and adapt fund documentation, including subscription agreements, LPAs, offering memoranda, and articles of association, ensuring legal accuracy and commercial suitability.
Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with Tax, Finance, Corporate, and Litigation teams to deliver fully integrated advice to clients.
Client management : Support international clients and fund sponsors throughout the lifecycle of their projects, advising on regulatory, ESG, investor, financing, and operational matters.
Business development : Participate in networking and client outreach activities to help grow the firm's practice in the investment funds sector.

Profile

Law degree (Master's level, LL.M. preferred) with admission to the Luxembourg Bar (List I preferred).

3-5 years of experience in investment funds within a major or well-recognized law firm.

Fluent in English and German ; additional languages are a plus.

Strong team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial, and commercially-minded approach.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Interest in private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, private debt, and liquid fund strategies.
