Technical Lead Linux - System Engineer Industry

Your responsibilities

You lead, mentor, and develop a team of system engineers, ensuring their growth and performance.

You oversee the administration and evolution of Linux-based infrastructure, Virtualisation (VMware), networking, and Storage systems.

You drive automation initiatives using tools such as Ansible, TerraForm, and Kubernetes

You ensure the availability, security, and compliance of IT systems and networks.

You manage technical operations including deployments, migrations, and upgrades.

You collaborate with the CTO and contribute to strategic infrastructure planning.

You document processes and promote knowledge sharing across the team.

Required skills for this role

You have 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, including technical leadership.

You have strong expertise in Linux systems administration and infrastructure architecture.

You have hands-on experience with automation tools (Ansible, TerraForm) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

You have a solid understanding of Virtualisation (VMware), networking, Active Directory, and security principles.

You have experience with monitoring and backup tools.

You have excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

You have strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

You are fluent in English
