Your role :

As part of its ongoing development, the Luxembourg office is seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer to join one of its teams. Depending on your area of expertise, M&A, Investment Funds, Banking & Finance, or Intellectual Property, you will advise an international and local client base. You will work closely with experienced partners and cross-border teams on a wide range of mandates, including transactional, advisory, and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities :

• Advising international clients on corporate transactions, investment structures, or financing operations
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of legal documents
• Supporting litigation and pre-litigation matters as needed
• Collaborating with lawyers across multiple offices and jurisdictions
