Our Corporate / M&A team is expanding and is looking for an Associate specialised in corporate law.

Active in Luxembourg since 2011, the firm counts now more than 60 lawyers, genuine experts in their fields that provide full support to local and international groups on all legal aspects of their Luxembourg transactions, as well as their day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities
- You will be assisting managing and senior associates on M&A transactions, in respect of structuring and restructuring operations and, in general, on Luxembourg corporate law matters.
- You will be assisting on the drafting of the corporate and contractual documentation and on conducting legal research.
- You will also be participating in clients’ meetings and will be in charge of following up on clients’ requests. You will be part of a young and dynamic team; you will report to the partners in charge of the department.
Your profile
You hold a University degree in law.You have between 1 and 2 years of working experience in a Luxembourg law firm.You are fluent in spoken and written English and French. German is considered as an asset.Confident and professional, you enjoy working and interacting within a multi-cultural setting.You have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, combined with good organisational skills.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You have an eye for detail and you are proactive to suggest improvements.What we offer
