Market Back Officer – CDI

The Market Back Office is part of the Custody business activity of Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. This department process the booking and the settlement of all cash, security and derivatives instruments executed by NBL trading room as well as third party deals instructed by our clients within given cut-off times. In order to support the department, we are looking for a Market Back Officer on a permanent contract. Your main tasks will be to process accurately and timely any kind of financial transactions : Registration of cash instructions Prepare or release outbound money transfers Maintain up-to-date settlement instructions Perform reconciliations and justify any position break Follow up of cash pendings communications with operational stakeholders Complete and validate daily checklists Follow-up of Nostro outstanding Monthly reporting (KRI, KPI's) Active participation to internal meetings Ensure internal procedures and user manuals are up to date.
