Tax Lawyer (2-5 years)

Responsibilities :

• Provide advisory services on a broad range of tax matters, including corporate taxation, investment funds, mergers & acquisitions, and financing transactions. By engaging in varied assignments, you will quickly build technical expertise and gain insight into strategic tax planning for both national and international clients.
• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating tax-related documentation and filings, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulations. This hands-on experience offers direct exposure to the deal process and a clear understanding of regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and international colleagues to identify tax risks and opportunities, enabling you to develop problem-solving skills and strengthen your professional judgment. Close contact with clients and advisors allows you to contribute meaningfully to strategic decisions.
• Conduct research on tax law developments, support reporting and compliance obligations (CRS, FATCA, DAC 6), and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. This ensures your expertise remains current and enhances your professional credibility within the market.
