We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis & IT Project Support Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist the business services in writing business cases, lead the business analysis of complex projects, and act as the liaison between the business and IT teams.
Key responsibilities Write business cases to support project proposals Conduct thorough requirements analysis and elicitation Prepare the As-is and To-be scenarios, co-author business requirements, and manage document-related deliverables Act as the interface between business experts and IT Project Manager, solution architects, data governance office, and developers Enhance the conceptual data model and business processes, and assist with IT testing activities Requirements Knowledge of document management systems such as SharePoint and portals Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies Proficiency in process or data modeling techniques such as BPMN, UML, or Conceptual Data Modeling Business analysis experience in large financial organizations Expertise in document automation and workflow management Strong testing experience in the financial sector and SQL or BI tool proficiency Excellent English writing skills (C1 European Level) and French language proficiency is a plus (B2 European Level) What we have to offer We offer great working conditions, challenging projects, career growth opportunities and highly competitive compensation packages.
