(Senior) Corporate Officer – Strong Career Prospects, Renowned PFS

Our long-term partner a highly skilled PFS , offers a wide range of services. From Accounting to Corporate & Legal Services, the structure offers a “one stop shop” service to its loyal client base.

This opportunity within the PFS is attractive for many reasons. Firstly, you will be working on an international portfolio of SOPARFI / Holdings and SPVs allowing you to learn continuously. Depending on your experience, securitization vehicles could be added to this portfolio as well.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Legal – Senior Corporate Officer – Fiduciary – PFS - Law

  • You will work on a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI and SPVs primarily.
  • You will be responsible for the preparation and organization of board meetings.
  • You will be in charge of filing the annual accounts on the Trade register as well as other procedures that arise between the constitution and liquidation, and the draft of review of certain documentation (e.g. change of seat, capital increase and so on).
  • You are the key person of contact for your clients and do not hesitate to adopt a proactive approach, allowing you to advise them correctly and in due time.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Legal – Senior Corporate Officer – Fiduciary – PFS - Law

  • You possess at least 3 years of experience as Corporate Officer or Legal Officer within a financial service provider in Luxembourg (PSF, Fiduciary, Big Four) or even an Asset Management Company.
  • You are autonomous on your files from the constitution to the liquidation / dissolution.
  • You are an English speaker who knows how to navigate international business environments and you are also fluent in French .
  • You would like to join a PFS that cares about offering a certain work / life balance, while also giving you the opportunity to follow trainings and evolve in your responsibilities and the hierarchy in time.

  • In line with your years of experience but more particularly the autonomy you have acquired, your gross salary can go up to € 77.000 . In addition to this, you will have meal vouchers of €10.80, health insurance , a pension plan and an annual bonus .
  • Join a PFS that is in full growth in Luxembourg and is a real competitor for some of the largest PFS in the country, in terms of prestigious client portfolio. This will offer you the chance to learn continuously and to be stimulated and challenged technically, while being able to count on your manager for help.
  • The limited staff turn-over will participate to the comfort and the stability that you will find in this PFS.
