For a Worldwide Leading Pharmaceutical Group, we are now recruiting for the international operations office, which is based in Luxembourg

The candidates shall use their skills and knowledge to manage the business associated to each license agreement they are responsible for, aligning interests both inside their own organization and from all different stakeholders in order to get things done.

They will actively participate to the negotiation of any modification of such agreements and will be the global responsible person for the license relationships related to his products portfolio, acting as the main contact person both internally and externally for the products in the interest of the Group

They will implement the execution of the strategies related to such portfolio, by connecting all the necessary dots thanks to their business insights and persuasive ability. They will own a clear capacity to perform analysis on a huge amount of information and economic data and/or the skill to obtain new information with the aim to closely cooperate with any other departments of the company.

• Ideal profile
  
  University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Law
• Perfect command of English is mandatory, and the knowledge of Italian, French, German or any other language is considered as an asset
• A previous working experience of 2 to 3 years in an equivalent role is mandatory.
  Good knowledge of license agreements and project management in the pharmaceutical field is requested.
• Proactive, flexible as well as excellent analytical and writing skills, naturally gifted with diplomatic competence.
• Critical listener, you know how to raise awareness among sophisticated structures to achieve your target; you like working with figures and demonstrate good communication and organizational expertise.
• You had international exposure during your previous professional experience and willing to travel when needed.
• Confidence with the management of challenging situations and able to provide innovative solution.
