Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting :

Hospitality Officer

Your role :

Under the supervision of the Hospitality Manager and the Facilities and Hospitality Coordinator, you will support our two sites (Kirchberg and Hamm) with the following responsibilities :

Hospitality :

  • Warmly welcome clients during events and provide personalised attention, especially for VIP guests;
  • Ensure a smooth, refined, and memorable experience on every occasion;
  • Anticipate and meet the specific needs of the most demanding clients with discretion, efficiency, and elegance;
  • Coordinate various services (reception, administrative support, etc.) to deliver a seamless and impeccable service;
  • Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to uphold a high standard of excellence;
  • Handle special requests and potential complaints with diplomacy and professionalism;
  • Promote and highlight the exclusive services offered by the establishment;
  • Ability to oversee on-site staff during events, occasionally scheduled in the evening;
  • Participate in team coordination meetings and event debriefings.

Administrative and Logistic :

  • Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Hospitality department and contribute to the smooth organization of both internal and external events (badge distribution, cloakroom management, etc.);
  • Assist the Facilities & Hospitality Coordinator and the Hospitality Manager with daily administrative tasks;
  • Help coordinate the annual event calendar, including internal room bookings and external venue reservations;
  • Prepare monthly Hospitality statistics and track food & beverage (F&B) consumption;
  • Compile monthly reports related to F&B expenses and events;
  • Monitor and track the reception team's leave and absences.
  • Reception :

  • Provide backup at Reception during staff absences, lunch breaks, holidays, or sick leave;
  • Welcome visitors, handle phone calls, and ensure the smooth operation of reception services.
  • Responsibilities may evolve according to organizational needs and service developments. The role is subject to internal procedures and requires flexibility to adapt to the firm's needs.

    Your profile :

  • Qualification in hospitality, tourism, or luxury management;
  • Proven experience in hospitality, VIP service, or within a prestigious establishment (4
  • / 5
  • hotels, resorts, private aviation, high-end concierge services);
  • Fluent in both French and English;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of discretion and attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and able to adapt with flexibility,
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks at once. discretion, and professionalism;
  • A good understanding of hospitality standards and practices, with a natural sense of service and attention to detail;
  • Strong customer service mindset, demonstrating courtesy, diplomacy, active listening, and emotional self-control;
  • Impeccable presentation, positive attitude, and consistent professionalism;
  • Proficient in MS Office tools : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • Strong service orientation, diplomacy, and professionalism.
