Tasks Implement an efficient, effective, and repeatable process for new or updated services to make sure they can be managed, operated, and supported with the requirements and constraints of the European Parliament's environment Define the Service Design Package for any new service or major update of an existing one Coordinate the Service Design activities with the client and Operations services and Transition services to ease the transition of new or updated services Ensure the set-up and follow-up of SLAs with business partners Meet with the governance to define and implement contract objectives Manage a team of 5 experts covering the IT Service continuity, Service Level, Capacity, Availability and Information Security Management processes Organize the work of the team according to priorities set by the client in line with the implementation of the ITIL processes as defined for the contract Ensure the follow-up on business Continuity, to manage interruptions and limit their impact through proactive measures Profile Experienced Project Manager enabling the design of ICT infrastructure services Familiar with all phases of project management, able to work with people of diverse backgrounds, understand quality control concepts and develop creative and innovative ways to improve processes Highly autonomous, multitasking, result oriented and stress resilient Strong written and oral communication abilities, fluent in English ITIL Foundation V3.0 (or above) certified Knowledge of diverse business processes in IT field.? Analytical, communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented problem-solvers able to employ leadership, critical thinking and time management skills
