We are looking for a German-speaking Assistant to join our team in the areas of warehouse logistics and purchasing. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our German-speaking clients and partners, supporting both administrative and commercial activities. You will help manage orders, maintain databases and CRM systems, and assist in the smooth operation of our warehouse and purchasing processes, contributing directly to the development and efficiency of our business.
Description
- Collect, manage, and analyze supplier information, certificates, and documentation.
- Perform and maintain supplier evaluations based on defined criteria, including quality, on-time delivery, and price trends.
- Assist in supplier assessments and the development of new supplier relationships.
- Maintain and update databases, Excel sheets, and checklists.
- Support quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management through accurate documentation and reporting.
- Manage serial numbers and delivery notes for both incoming and outgoing goods.
Your profile
Fluent in German to communicate with German-speaking clients and partners.Experience as an administrative or commercial assistant, with basic knowledge of the warehouse environment.Understanding of purchasing processes and inventory management.Comfortable calling clients and partners, able to contribute to business development.Entering orders, updating the CRM, proficient in SAP and Excel.Organized, detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Offer
