Your role

• For the investment funds and asset management sector you will advise the local and international clients with formation, marketing, restructuring, and regulatory matters
• you will collaborate with the investment funds partners and Lawyers, advising on AIF, UCITS, and diversified funds
• You will coordinate the procedures and perform the regulatory filings with the CSSF
• Draft review and negotiate all types of documents and perform the due diligence and funds reviews
