STOKR’s approach removes the technical complexities typically associated with digital securities, offering a seamless investment experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a  Financial Analyst  to join our  Berlin or Luxembourg office  on a full-time basis (max. 2 days remote / week). This is an opportunity designed for candidates with a Master’s degree in Finance (or related field)  and  1–2 years of professional experience , ideally in capital markets, investment management, or corporate finance.

In this role, you will support the structuring and execution of innovative financial products such as tokenized private debt, convertibles, and Bitcoin-adjacent investment vehicles. You will work closely with our business team and report to our Head of Relationship Management, contributing directly to live transactions and the life-cycle management of digital securities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain financial models for structured investment products
  • Conduct scenario analyses and back-tests to assess performance sensitivity
  • Support the preparation of investor materials, pitch decks, and term sheets
  • Assist with the execution of transactions across their lifecycle
  • Oversee margin monitoring and deliver margin calls to investors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) during structuring and onboarding
  • Conduct market research and comparative analysis for structuring decisions and investor education

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of prior experience (internship or full-time) in investment banking, asset management, private equity, or corporate finance
  • Understanding of Bitcoin, digital assets, and tokenization, prior experience in this field is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills (financial modeling and valuation); Python or SQL is a plus
  • Sound understanding of structured products and capital markets
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive work style with commitment to high performance
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); German or French is a plus
