About LuxFLAG :
LuxFLAG, the Luxembourg Finance Labelling Agency, is an independent, international, non-profit organization created in Luxembourg in July 2006 jointly by public and private partners. LuxFLAG aims to promote the raising of capital for the sustainable finance sector by awarding a recognizable label to eligible investment vehicles in Climate Finance, ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance), Environment, Microfinance, Green Bonds and Sustainable Insurance Products. The LuxFLAG Labels are recognized for their high standards and rigorous assessment of applicant investment vehicles' investment holdings, strategy and procedures with respect to ESG matters as well as an affirmation of their transparency to investors – which are key components of the eligibility criteria for the LuxFLAG labels. As of now, LuxFLAG labels 361 financial products from 9 jurisdictions with assets under management of over €190 billion.
The Role :
Manage Human Resources, Finance, Administration and Office Management at the Association
Main tasks :
Finance & Administration
- Take the lead on day-to-day accounting activities in close collaboration with the external fiduciary
- Prepare, record, and monitor client and vendor invoices, manage payments and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate the annual financial audit and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Oversee supplier contracts, purchasing, and office logistics.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of Odoo (Finance and HR modules) to streamline processes and improve reporting.
- Oversee supplier contracts, office logistics, and event organisation (team events, internal celebrations, etc.).
Human Resources
Handle HR administration throughout the employee life cycle (contracts, onboarding, leave, offboarding)Liaise with fiduciary for payroll and manage employee benefits (meal vouchers, parking, health & pension plansKeep employee records up to date in Odoo and support internal HR reportingProvide support for training, appraisals, and internal communicationProfile, skills and capabilities :
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalentMinimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally covering both finance / accounting and HR administrationSolid understanding of Luxembourg accounting principles and / or experience with a fiduciaryStrong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word) and Odoo is a strong assetFluency in written and spoken English and FrenchExcellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detailTeam-oriented, proactive and able to work autonomously in a small structureAPCT1_LU
