What Youll Be Doing

Support French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email

Troubleshoot common product or service issues (dont worry, well train you!)

Ensure smooth customer experiences and accurate records

Collaborate with a friendly, multicultural team

What You Bring

C2-level French and at least B2-level English

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Curiosity, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset

No previous experience needed just a willingness to learn
