UN / E ARCHITECTE JUNIOR

pour renforcer notre équipe à Esch-sur-Alzette

AVEC 1 À 3 ANS D'EXPÉRIENCE (OU JEUNE DIPLÔMÉ / E) POUR :

ASSISTANCE AU CHEF DE PROJET, PLANIFICATION, EXÉCUTION ET SURVEILLANCE DES TRAVAUX

VOS TÂCHES

  • Assistance au chef de projet
  • Dessin de plans d‘exécution
  • Participation aux réunions (chantier)
  • Communication avec les bureaux d‘études et entreprises
  • Préparation de présentations

    • VOS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diplôme d‘architecture
  • Permis cat. B
  • Travailler de façon autonome et responsable
  • De bonnes aptitudes à la communication et une attitude de base axée sur la recherche de solutions
  • Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et esprit d‘équipe
  • Bonnes connaissances des logiciels de CAD (type Revit ou équivalent) et des applications MS Office
  • Compétences linguistiques : Français / Anglais et / ou Allemand / Anglais (connaissances en Luxembourgeois seraient un atout)

    IHRE AUFGABEN :

  • Assistenz der Projektleitung
  • Die Mitarbeit an abwechslungsreichen und interessanten Projekten
  • Erarbeiten von Entwurfsplanungen
  • Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen
  • Kommunikation mit Fachplanern und ausführenden Firmen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen

    • IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN :

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Architektur
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Systematische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Gute kommunikative Kompetenzen und eine lösungsorientierte Grundeinstellung
  • Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD Programmen (Revit oder Äquivalent) und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sprachkenntnisse : Deutsch / Englisch; und / oder Französisch / Englisch (Luxemburgischkenntnisse stellen einen Vorteil dar)
