Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the development, adaptation and testing of the L1 / L2 / L3 protocol stack for Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) in NB-IoT, LTE, and 5G NR.

Participate in building 5G NTN testbed including SDR and channel emulator.

Troubleshoot and enhance protocol stack (based on project needs) across different layers, including PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, and NAS.

Stay up to date with the latest 3GPP standards and incorporate relevant advancements into solutions.

Work on developing technical reports and project milestone reports.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in telecom, with a focus on SatCom / NTN technologies and 3GPP standards.
• Good programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with Unix / Linux-based platforms and development tools.
• Proficiency in continuous integration, version control tools, and debugging techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

IMPORTANT : Already a resident in Europe or holds a European residence permit.
