Law Associate - Banking & Finance - Fixed-term contract - 6 months

Description de posteAdvise on and draft documentation for domestic and cross-border financing transactions Assist with all aspects of security documentation under Luxembourg law Draft and review financing agreements, legal opinions, and related legal documentation Analyse and comment on financial product documentation Review existing policies and contribute to the development of new procedures and compliance frameworks Prepare practical implementation guidelines for internal policies and regulatory recommendations Get involved in high-profile transactions for a diverse client base Ongoing legal training and development opportunities Law degree with registration at a European Bar 2 to 4 years of experience in the Banking & Finance team of a Luxembourg law firm Fluent in both written and spoken English and French Strong sense of initiative and accountability, with excellent organisational skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices Interview coaching session before the client meeting Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
