As part of the Operations Management Unit, you play a key role in supporting process automation, improving data quality, and coordinating operational workflows across departments. Key Responsibilities You assist in the digitalisation of application processes for guarantees, equity, and mandates, helping to map manual workflows and support the rollout of new tools. You also contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting tools, working closely with internal stakeholders to consolidate business requirements. In addition, you manage operational data inputs and updates, ensure compliance with investment mandates, and support backlog resolution. Coordination with other departments such as Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Finance will be essential to ensure smooth operational processing and audit readiness. Profile & Qualifications The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field, and has 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
