Description de posteProven experience in capacity and performance management within an IT environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Cloud experience. Experience with performance monitoring tools and capacity planning software. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL processes. Service Management experience. Knowledge of IT-related technologies such as servers and systems, backup and storage, and networks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English is required. Any additional language is considered a plus. Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps is considered a plus. ITIL certification. Experience with BMC Remedy is considered a plus.
We are seeking a Senior Capacity and Performance Management Consultant to join our team in helping with Capacity and Performance Management adaptation to Cloud. The consultant would be responsible for implementing existing capacity & performance monitoring in Asset and Service level to enable the Capacity plan Roll out Phase.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert-level services in Capacity and Performance management area.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed.
- KPIs development for Capacity & Performance Management in the Cloud.
- Ensure that Capacity Management and Availability Management KPIs are monitored.
- Analyze existing capacity / performance-related information and trends.
- Identify gaps / bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends.
