The local office, made up of around forty professionals, plays a vital role in supporting international clients with the structuring and administration of their private and corporate entities.

In a context of team reinforcement and increasing regulatory requirements, the firm is now looking to hire a Corporate Manager with proven experience in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of client entities while supervising and mentoring junior corporate officers. The position offers a combination of autonomy, strategic involvement, and day-to-day operational challenges in a multicultural and stable environment.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Administration – Governance – Client Contact – Leadership – Risk Management

• Manage a diverse portfolio of entities including SOPARFIs, SCSp, SPVs, and other investment structures
• Oversee the preparation and review of board and shareholder documentation, ensuring compliance with local laws
• Supervise and train junior team members, conduct reviews, and ensure work quality
• Monitor invoicing, cash collection, and profitability of your team’s activities
• Lead periodic entity reviews and ensure all statutory and compliance requirements are up to date
• Take part in the continuous improvement of internal procedures and corporate workflows.
