As an IT Modern Workplace Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our modern workplace environment. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven to join our team and make an impact.

What You’ll Do :

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our digital workplace infrastructure. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.

What You Will Be Working On :

• Infrastructure Design and Implementation :
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support the modern workplace environment, including collaboration tools and productivity applications.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, and networking devices.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization :
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of the infrastructure by monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement robust security measures to protect the modern workplace environment.
• Technical Support and Documentation :
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, resolving infrastructure-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles for effective infrastructure management.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
• Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
