To strengthen our European sales team, we're looking for a Technical Sales Representative to develop our presence in the Benelux and German markets.
Your Role
As Technical Sales Representative, you are the key contact for our customers and prospects in Northern Europe.
You'll maintain strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure that BKS continues to deliver top-quality technical solutions and service.
Your daily activities include :
- Prospecting and developing new customers in your territory
- Managing and expanding existing customer relationships
- Preparing quotations, calculating margins, and negotiating pricing
- Following up on projects from quotation to delivery
- Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
- Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date
- Preparing and managing your annual sales budget
- In short : you're a proactive commercial partner who combines technical understanding, business acumen, and customer focus to drive growth across multiple markets.
What You Bring :
Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial B2B roleProven success in new business developmentA strong hunter mindset – this role is approximately 70% hunting / 30% farmingFluent in English and Dutch or German (additional languages are a plus)Self-driven and well-organized, yet a strong team playerWillingness to travel regularly within the regionA genuine interest in industrial and technical productsNice to have :
Knowledge of French or other European languagesExperience in the industrial, plastics, metal, or petrochemical sectorsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What We Offer
