Sales Representative - IT Business Solutions and Business Consulting - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 required

Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team of 50 people in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT business solutions and business consulting services. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate must have experience selling solutions on the ERP Microsoft Dynamics on the Luxembourg market. Key Responsibilities : Fundamentals = MUST HAVE : Ensure the role of Business Manager on your client and prospect perimeter : account mapping, understanding of issues, industry trends, and C-level constraints, collection of needs and specifications, participation in appointments and follow-up of services at your clients. Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations : Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our IT business solutions and consulting services. Lead the pre-sales activities. Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Collaboration : Work closely with the technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Software / business Applications, Finance or consulting industry in Luxembourg. Skills : Real hunter ! Strong understanding of IT business solutions and consulting services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Understanding project management principles. Fluency in both English and French ; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
