StellenbeschreibungTitulaire d’un Bac+3 / Bac+5 en gestion, commerce, entrepreneuriat, droit ou équivalent. Une première expérience professionnelle de 2 à 5 ans dans l’écosystème est considéré comme un atout. Expérience ou solide compétence juridique, afin d’assurer une bonne compréhension des implications légales et contractuelles. Maîtrise des langues française, allemande et anglaise. Le luxembourgeois est considéré comme un atout. Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et d’analyse. Sens de l’écoute active pour identifier les besoins d’un client et avoir le contact facile avec les entreprises. Proactif(ve), autonome, empathique et organisé(e) et aimant le travail en équipe. Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques MS Office et à l’aise avec l’utilisation d’autres outils digitaux. Entrepreneurship Project Advisor – Transmission et dissolution d’une entreprise
à temps plein et à durée indéterminée pour intégrer l’équipe Client Services – Transmission et Dissolution.
La Chambre de Commerce est l’institution phare des entreprises et de l’économie du Luxembourg, regroupant l’ensemble des entreprises luxembourgeoises exerçant des activités industrielles, commerciales, financières, de services et émanant du secteur de l’Horeca. Elle représente aujourd’hui quelques 100.000 entreprises, intervenant à raison de 80% dans le PIB luxembourgeois et occupant 75% du total de l’emploi salarié.
La promotion de l’entrepreneuriat et de l’esprit d’entreprise, le soutien au développement et à l’internationalisation des entreprises, le développement de la formation professionnelle initiale et continue ou encore la promotion d’un cadre législatif et réglementaire propice au développement économique constituent quelques missions légales clés de cet établissement public au service des entreprises et de l’économie.
En tant que Entrepreneurship Project Advisor au sein de la House of Entrepreneurship de la Chambre de Commerce, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le soutien et l'accompagnement des entreprises tout au long de leur parcours. Votre mission principale consistera à sensibiliser, informer, orienter et accompagner les entreprises sur les défis rencontrés en matière de la transmission et la dissolution d’une entreprise.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Conseiller et orienter les entreprises dans les différentes phases de transmission ou de dissolution, en identifiant les enjeux financiers, organisationnels et juridiques.
- Analyser les situations individuelles (statuts, contrats, conventions, obligations légales) et fournir des recommandations adaptées.
- Informer et sensibiliser les dirigeants sur les obligations légales et administratives liées à la transmission ou à la cessation d’activité.
- Accompagner les entreprises dans la préparation et la mise en œuvre de leur projet de transmission / dissolution, en coordination avec des experts externes.
- Gérer et coordonner des projets transversaux, en collaboration avec d’autres départements et partenaires institutionnels.
