Key Responsibilities :
In this role, you will be a key player in maintaining and optimizing our client's IT environment, handling a variety of interesting technical challenges.
Provide Expert Support : Act as a key point for Level 2 / 3 support, investigating and resolving complex hardware and software issues.Manage Systems & Deployments : Utilize advanced tools like Microsoft SCCM for software distribution, patch management, and system configurations.Maintain IT Infrastructure : Configure, install, and support a wide range of technology, including computers, servers, and peripherals.Implement Security & Backup Solutions : Work with enterprise-grade anti-virus and backup technologies to ensure system integrity.Document & Improve : Create and update technical documentation and inventory records to help improve team knowledge.Collaborate & Guide : Work effectively within the team, sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex procedures.Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications :
A 4-year Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.2+ years of hands-on experience in a technical support or system administration role.Valid visa to work in Luxembourg.Fluency in English and French.Technical Skills You'll Use :
Strong experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suites.Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM for software deployment and management.Familiarity with backup tools (e.g., VEEAM, NetBackup) and anti-virus solutions (e.g., McAfee ePO).A solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, routing).Benefits

Requirements
Proficient in SCCM administration, Windows OS, networking (TCP / IP, DNS), software deployment, backup solutions (VEEAM / NetBackup), and endpoint security, with fluent English / French and Luxembourg work authorization.
