For one of our clients, a European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a :

Communication & Operational Assistant (M / F)

The HR Communication and Events Unit supports HR in delivering HR communication and staff events activities, in order to align our staff around the mission and HR topics.

The Unit is looking for an interim to support the team's core activities in the areas of internal communication and events and assist in the delivery of special bank-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Under the supervision of the HR communication Head of Unit, you will :

Support the team's core communication activities including writing and publishing internal news stories around a range of HR topics, keeping the intranet up to date.

Assist in the preparation of communication materials, including presentations, visuals, and engaging video content.

Contribute to the organisation of internal events (e.g. town halls, away days, and celebratory events) by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and supporting on-site delivery.

Provide administrative and contractual support linked to communication projects and team activities.

Provide general team support, archiving or other project management tasks.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

Certified secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools, in particular PowerPoint.

Excellent written and spoken English . Knowledge of another EU language would be an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong attention to details and editing skills.

Experience with design programmes (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) or video creation programmes would be considered an advantage.

This is an opportunity for a long-term temporary contract (initial 2-month contract + several extensions) to start asap

Salary : depending on years of experience - 3850€ gross or 4350€ gross / month
