We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of our systems and CI / CD infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to drive automation, optimize deployments, and maintain high availability across our environments.

Missions
Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation
Manage release processes and ensure consistent, reliable delivery across environments
Continuously improve automation for configuration management, infrastructure provisioning, and application deployment
Perform Unix / Linux system administration and Shell scripting for operational efficiency
Monitor system performance, optimize resources, and ensure security compliance
Work with Sybase or other relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) to support operational needs
Assist in database automation, performance tuning, and backup / recovery strategies
Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts using TypeScript, Python, and Java
Support application deployment and environment configuration through code-driven approaches
Implement and maintain automation testing frameworks to support continuous testing within CI / CD pipelines
Contribute to system observability and resilience improvements
Respond quickly to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions
Drive post-incident reviews and reliability enhancements
Partner with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable deployments
Promote DevOps best practices and contribute to a culture of reliability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Profile
Proven experience of at least 8 years with Azure DevOps (pipelines, version management, automation)
Strong background in Unix / Linux administration and Shell scripting
Hands-on experience with Sybase or other major RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and Java for automation and application support
Experience with automation testing frameworks (continuous testing)
Solid knowledge of monitoring, observability, and performance tuning tools and practices
Demonstrated ability in incident management and operating under pressure in production environments
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have :
Experience in the banking or financial services sector, with understanding of regulatory, compliance, and security requirements
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, containers, or Kubernetes
